§ 16.1-69.50. Quarters for court and clerk.

Each county and city having a general district court or juvenile and domesticrelations district court shall provide suitable quarters for such court andits clerk and social services staff and a suitable room or rooms for thesessions of the court at the places designated for such purpose, except thatif the court of a county is held in a city or town, other than the countyseat, such city or town shall provide a suitable place for the court to beheld. Such county or city shall also provide all necessary furniture, filingcabinets and other equipment necessary for the efficient operation of thecourt.
