§ 16.1-69.51. Books, supplies, etc.; how furnished; Committee to determineform of records.

The Commonwealth shall provide dockets and other books, stationery andsupplies necessary for the efficient operation of all district courts.Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Committee on District Courts,after consultation with the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court, maydetermine the form and character of the records of the district courts andmagistrates. All dockets shall be uniform, and the form thereof shall also besubject to approval by the Auditor of Public Accounts.
