§ 16.1-111. Court to which appeal sent.

The party taking an appeal may, when there is more than one court havingjurisdiction, direct to which of such courts the appeal shall be sent fortrial, but in the absence of such directions the judge or clerk shall sendthe same to any court having jurisdiction.
