§ 16.1-91.2. Judge to keep record of judgment on forthcoming bond; how toendorse execution.

The judge of the general district court, rendering a judgment under theprovisions of Chapter 19 (§ 8.01-526 et seq.) of Title 8.01, shall keep arecord thereof in the same manner as he is required by law in other cases. Heshall not stay execution upon such judgment, and shall endorse on any fierifacias issued thereon "no security is to be taken."
