§ 17.1-102. Justices and judges not permitted to practice law or seek or holdelective or other office.

No justice or judge shall, during his continuance in office, engage in thepractice of law within or without the Commonwealth, or seek or accept anynonjudicial elective office, or hold any other office of public trust, orengage in any other incompatible activity.
