§ 17.1-307. Information and recommendations as to other courts.

The Supreme Court, with the aid of the Executive Secretary, shall obtain theinformation to be contained in the reports to be made pursuant to § 17.1-221and present the same to the next regular session of the General Assembly, andat each recurring session, together with any recommendation it sees fit tomake, looking to the equalization of the work of the courts of record of thisCommonwealth or any matter pertaining to the conduct of the work of thecourts which may enable the General Assembly to have complete knowledgethereof.
