§ 17.1-705. Report and recommendations.
A report of the proceedings of the Council shall be made to the GeneralAssembly and to the Supreme Court, with such recommendations as may be agreedupon. However, this authority to make recommendations shall in no event beconstrued to establish rules for the judicial system of the Commonwealth.
