§ 18.2-131. Trespass upon licensed shooting preserve.

It shall be unlawful for any person to trespass on a licensed shootingpreserve. Any person convicted of such trespass shall be guilty of a Class 4misdemeanor and shall be responsible for all damage. Owners or keepers ofdogs trespassing on preserves shall be responsible for all damage done bysuch dogs.
