§ 18.2-172.2. Maliciously affixing another's signature to writing; penalty.

Any person who maliciously affixes a facsimile or likeness of the signatureof another person to any writing without the permission of that person andwith the intent to create the false impression that the writing was signed bythat person is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
