§ 18.2-248.4. Advertisement of imitation controlled substances prohibited;penalty.
It shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor for any person knowingly to sell or displayfor sale, or to distribute, whether or not any charge is made therefor, anybook, pamphlet, handbill or other printed matter which he knows is intendedto promote the distribution of an imitation controlled substance.
