Notwithstanding the provisions of §§ 54.1-3446 and 54.1-3452, the drugflunitrazepam shall be deemed to be listed on Schedule I for the purposes ofpenalties for violations of the Drug Control Act (§ 54.1-3400 et seq.). Anyperson knowingly manufacturing, selling, giving, distributing or possessingthe drug flunitrazepam shall be punished under the penalties prescribed forsuch violations in accordance with §§ 18.2-248 and 18.2-250.
