§ 18.2-329. Owners, etc., of gambling place permitting its continuance;penalty.

If the owner, lessee, tenant, occupant or other person in control of anyplace or conveyance, knows, or reasonably should know, that it is being usedfor illegal gambling, and permits such gambling to continue without havingnotified a law-enforcement officer of the presence of such illegal gamblingactivity, he shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
