§ 19.2-249.1. Offenses committed within towns situated in two or morecounties; where prosecuted.

An offense or traffic infraction committed within a town situated in two ormore counties within the Commonwealth may be alleged to have been committed,and may be prosecuted and punished, in any one of such counties.
