§ 19.2-261. Charging grand jury in presence of person selected as juror.

The court shall not charge the grand jury in the presence of any personselected as a juror to try any person indicted by the said grand jury. Aviolation of this provision shall constitute reversible error in any criminalcase tried by a jury composed of one or more such veniremen.
