§ 19.2-327.14. Claims of relief.
An action under this chapter or the actions of any attorney representing thepetitioner under this chapter shall not form the basis for relief in anyhabeas corpus proceeding. Nothing in this chapter shall create any cause ofaction for damages against the Commonwealth or any of its politicalsubdivisions.
