§ 19.2-364. Petition for relief; in what court filed; notice to attorney forCommonwealth.

Such person or his personal representative, as the case may be, shall file apetition in the clerk's office of the circuit court of the county or citywherein such fine or penalty was imposed, or such liability established, atleast fifteen days before the term of the court at which the same is to beheard, and shall set forth the grounds upon which relief is asked. Ten days'notice thereof in writing shall be given to the attorney for the Commonwealthof the county or city.
