§ 19.2-116. No right of asylum; no immunity from other criminal prosecutionswhile in this Commonwealth.

After a person has been brought back to this Commonwealth by, or after waiverof, extradition proceedings he may be tried in this Commonwealth for othercrimes which he may be charged with having committed here as well as thatspecified in the requisition for his extradition.
