The Division shall contract for water, electricity, gas, sewer service, fuelfor heating, and such other services required to serve the facilities withinthe master site plan of Capitol Square and for such other facilities as theGovernor may designate. The cost of the services shall be paid out of fundsappropriated for that purpose.
