§ 2.2-213.2. Secretary to coordinate system for children with incarceratedparents.

The Secretary of Health and Human Resources, in consultation with theSecretary of Public Safety, shall establish an integrated system forcoordinating the planning and provision of services for children withincarcerated parents among state, local, nonprofit agencies, and faith-basedorganizations in order to provide such children with services needed tocontinue parental relationships with the incarcerated parent, whereappropriate, and encourage healthy relationships in the family and community.
