A. This article may be cited as the "Innovation and EntrepreneurshipInvestment Authority Act of 2009, as amended."
B. As used in this article, unless the context requires a different meaning:
"Project" shall mean the construction, improvement, furnishing,maintenance, acquisition or operation of any facility or the provision for orfunding of any activity that will further the purposes described in §2.2-2219.
