State agencies, institutions, and political subdivisions of the Commonwealthmay enter into contracts with public broadcasting stations for programproduction, broadcasting, transmission, distribution, and relatedcommunications services without competitive sealed bidding or competitivenegotiation as required by the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 etseq.).
