§ 2.2-2805. Members of armed forces; reserve forces.

No person shall, by reason of being a member of the armed forces of theUnited States, whether active or reserved, or by reason of being a retiredofficer of the armed forces of the United States and receiving pay therefor,be disqualified from holding any office under the government of theCommonwealth, or under any county, city, town, magisterial district or schooldistrict thereof.
