§ 2.2-2808. Acts under color of office; contracts in violation of chapter.

All judgments given, and all acts executed or done by any person by authorityor color of any office or post, or the deputation thereof, before his removaltherefrom, shall be as valid as they would be if this chapter had not beenenacted; but every contract or security made or obtained in violation of thischapter shall be void.
