§ 2.2-3310.2. Vietnamese-American Heritage Flag.

The flag of the former Republic of Vietnam, with three horizontal red stripeson a field of golden-yellow, which symbolizes freedom and democracy andrepresents the cultural heritage of Vietnamese-Americans, is recognized bythe Commonwealth as the Vietnamese-American Heritage Flag.
