§ 2.2-3804. Military recruiters to have access to student information, schoolbuildings, etc.

If a public school board or public institution of higher education providesaccess to its buildings and grounds and the student information directory topersons or groups that make students aware of occupational or educationaloptions, the board or institution shall provide access on the same basis toofficial recruiting representatives of the armed forces of the Commonwealthand the United States for the purpose of informing students of educationaland career opportunities available in the armed forces.
