§ 2.2-404. Certifying records for use in other states.

Whenever any record of any court in the Commonwealth or of any department ofthe government is to be used in another state in the United States, theSecretary of the Commonwealth shall authenticate the same in the manner andgive the certificates required by the laws of the state when such record isto be used, as far as practicable.
