§ 2.2-429. Retention of records by a lobbyist or lobbyist's principal.
A lobbyist and a lobbyist's principal shall preserve for a period of twoyears all accounts, bills, books, papers, receipts, and other documents andrecords necessary to substantiate the expenditure reports submitted underthis article.
