§ 2.2-4606. Chapter controlling over inconsistent laws; powers supplemental.

Insofar as the provisions of this chapter are inconsistent with theprovisions of any other law, the provisions of this chapter shall becontrolling and the powers conferred by this chapter shall be in addition andsupplemental to the powers conferred by any other law.
