§ 2.2-506. Legal services to attorneys for the Commonwealth in certainproceedings; costs.

The Attorney General shall at the request of an attorney for theCommonwealth, provide legal service to such attorney for the Commonwealth inany proceedings brought against him seeking to restrain the enforcement ofany state law.

Any costs chargeable against the defendant in any such case shall be paid bythe Commonwealth from the appropriation for the payment of criminal charges.
