§ 2.2-515. Service on board of national tobacco trust entity.

The Attorney General may serve in his official capacity on the board ofdirectors of any entity established to ensure the implementation in theCommonwealth of a national tobacco trust established to provide payments totobacco growers and tobacco quota owners to ameliorate adverse economicconsequences resulting from a national settlement of states' claims againsttobacco manufacturers.
