§ 20-88.51. Duty of Secretary of Health and Human Resources.

If the Secretary of Health and Human Resources determines that the supportenforcement agency is neglecting or refusing to provide services to anindividual, he may order the agency to perform its duties under this chapteror may provide those services directly to the individual.

The Secretary of Health and Human Resources may determine that a foreigncountry or political subdivision has established a reciprocal arrangement forchild support with the Commonwealth and take appropriate action fornotification of the determination.
