§ 20-88.60. Communications between tribunals.

A tribunal of the Commonwealth may communicate with a tribunal of anotherstate or foreign country or political subdivision in a record, or bytelephone or other means, to obtain information concerning the laws, thelegal effect of a judgment, decree, or order of that tribunal; and the statusof a proceeding in the other state or foreign country or politicalsubdivision. A tribunal of the Commonwealth may furnish similar informationby similar means to a tribunal of another state or foreign country orpolitical subdivision.
