§ 20-88.61. Assistance with discovery.
A tribunal of this Commonwealth may (i) request a tribunal of another stateto assist in obtaining discovery and (ii) upon request, compel a person overwhom it has jurisdiction to respond to a discovery order issued by a tribunalof another state.
