§ 20-82. Husband and wife competent as witnesses.
In every prosecution under this chapter both husband and wife shall becompetent witnesses to testify against each other in all relevant matters,including the facts of such marriage, provided that neither shall becompelled to give evidence incriminating himself or herself.
