§ 20-87. Arrest for violating directions, rules or regulations given by judge.

Whenever the chief of police or sheriff becomes satisfied that such person isviolating the directions, rules or regulations given or prescribed by thejudge for his or her conduct, such chief of police or sheriff shall haveauthority to arrest such person after a proper capias or warrant has beenissued for such person and forthwith carry him before the court before whomhe or she was first brought.
