§ 20-96. Jurisdiction of suits for annulment, affirmance or divorce.

The circuit court shall have jurisdiction of suits for annulling or affirmingmarriage and for divorces, and claims for separate maintenance, and suchsuits shall be heard by the judge as equitable claims.
