§ 21-112.22. Definitions.
Whenever the words "circuit court" are used in this chapter, they shallalso be construed to mean "circuit or corporation court" of a city;whenever the word "county" appears in this chapter, it shall also beconstrued to mean "city," and whenever the words "governing body of acounty" shall appear, they shall also be construed to mean "city council."
