§ 21-115. Answer and defense.

Any person interested may answer the petition and make defense thereto; andif upon such hearing the court, or the judge thereof in vacation, as the casemay be, be of opinion that any property embraced within the limits of suchproposed district will not be benefited by the establishment of suchdistrict, then such property shall not be embraced therein.
