§ 21-118.2. Certain counties authorized to use sanitary district funds forcertain purposes.

The board of supervisors of any county operating sanitary districts under theprovisions of this chapter as amended or under the provisions of an act oracts continued in effect by § 21-120, may use sanitary district funds forpolice protection and for construction and operation of community houseswithin the district, provided that this section shall apply only toChesterfield County and Henrico County. Action hereunder shall be subject tothe rights of the holders of any bonds issued by such district.
