§ 21-124. Conduct of election; canvass of returns, etc.
The election shall be conducted in the manner prescribed by law for theconduct of regular elections, and the ballots shall be printed and voted, andthe returns made and canvassed and the results certified, in accordance withthe provisions of § 24.2-684.
