§ 21-166. How power of eminent domain exercised.

The powers of condemnation or eminent domain conferred on the commission bythis chapter shall be exercised by the board or commission under the sameconditions and provisions and in accordance with the same procedure as in thecase of the exercise of similar powers by the governing bodies of countiesand cities or towns so far as they can be applied to the same.
