§ 21-220. Remedies to prevent violation.

Any county, city, town or other public body, or person may be restrained,enjoined or otherwise prevented from violating or continuing the violation ofany provision of §§ 21-218 and 21-219 by injunction, mandamus or any otherappropriate remedy at law or in equity, by any court of competentjurisdiction, upon action, bill, suit or other proceeding instituted by thecommission or by any attorney for the Commonwealth.
