§ 21-246. How power of eminent domain exercised.

The powers of condemnation or eminent domain conferred on the commission bythis chapter shall be exercised by the commission under the same conditionsand provisions and in accordance with the same procedure as in the case ofthe exercise of similar powers by the boards of supervisors of counties orthe councils of cities or towns so far as they can be applied to the same.
