§ 21-332. Adoption of surveys already made.

In any case where surveys have been made by or under the direction of anyengineer, surveyor, corporation, town, city, county, state or of the UnitedStates government, of lands, in any part or parcel of land included withinany proposed drainage district, authority is given to the court in which theproceedings involving such land are condemned to adopt such survey or surveysand such information concerning the same as can be obtained from theengineer, surveyor, corporation, town, city, county, state or United Statesgovernment, and to dispense with any other survey work which in its judgmentcan be omitted without prejudice to the right of any party whose lands areaffected.
