§ 21-338. Duty of viewers to review report and make changes.

At the date set for the hearing any landowner may appear in person or bycounsel and file his objection in writing to the final report of the board ofviewers, and it shall be the duty of said board of viewers to carefullyreview the objections filed thereto and to make such changes as it deemsnecessary to render substantial and equal justice to all the landowners inthe district. If there be no objections made, or if any objections made aresatisfactorily adjusted, the board of viewers shall certify such fact to thecourt.
