§ 21-394. Payment of full amount by landowner.

Any landowner in the project not wanting to pay interest on the bonds may,within fifteen days after the last publication of the notice, pay to thetreasurer of the county in which his land is located the full amount forwhich his land is liable, to be ascertained from the assessment list, and thecertificate of the board of viewers showing the total cost of theimprovements, and have his lands released from liability to be assessed forthe improvement; but such land shall continue liable for any futureassessment for maintenance or for any increased assessment authorized underthis chapter.
