§ 21-407. Impairment or destruction of work during construction.

If there shall be any impairment or destruction of the drainage work by anyunforeseen cause or occurrence not anticipated during the period ofconstruction by the contractor, the contractor shall nevertheless repair andcomplete the works according to the contract and specifications, and shall beliable therefor and also his sureties on his bond.
