A. The Department of Education shall cooperate with other state departmentsin fulfilling their respective licensing and certification responsibilitiesregarding educational programs offered in group homes and residentialfacilities in the Commonwealth. The Board shall promulgate regulationsallowing the Department of Education to so assist and cooperate with otherstate departments.
B. The Board's regulations shall address the educational services required tobe provided in such group homes and residential facilities as it may deemappropriate to ensure the education and safety of the students.
