The county school board shall consist of the same number of members from eachmagisterial district or, if the provisions of subsection C of § 15.2-1211 areapplicable, election district in the county as there are members of the boardof supervisors from each such district in the county. Each school boardmember shall be appointed by the school board selection commission. Inaddition to the members selected by districts, the governing body mayauthorize the school board selection commission to appoint no more than twomembers from the county at large.
