§ 22.1-66. Vacancy in office.

The office of any division superintendent, whether full-time or part-time,shall be deemed vacant upon his engaging in any other business or employmentduring his term of office as such superintendent unless such superintendentwas granted prior approval by the school board or school boards appointinghim, or upon his resignation or his removal from office.
